Open Culture: YouTube Gets Smart: The Launch of New University Channels

I often wonder if Tim Berners-Lee feels very frustrated and angry about the trivial uses of the internet! It can sometimes seem that the whole WWW is awash with "celebrity gossip" and other mind-numbing content. It was probably always there, but was easier to ignore. Thanks to Berkeley for doing their bit to reverse the trend!

the article is wrong, the european graduate school, www.egs.edu has already published complete lectures and presentations before berkeley even understood the culture of open access on youtube.
