we would like to upload some videos created by film makers who create video content to support school curriculum. These are film makers who belong to some of the most underpriviledged sections of Inida however they are working towards making a change in their society by making education more fun and effective for their children.
Please let me know if it is possible to upload thes videos on open culture.com and how do I go about this?

What about SteveSpanglerScience Channel? He provides great videos and explain how science works in clips directed to an audience from New9 in Denver. Should add him to your list. I appreciate the compilation so far - keep up the good work!

This is a great 'collection of collections of videos' list! YouTube continues to be one of the best edu-video sites in spite of only a small % of their vids being educational.

I think you missed two though: EduTube (http://edutube.org/ and http://edutube.org/en/top100)
    and Discovery Channel http://www.youtube.com/user/DiscoveryTV

I hope you'll check out our youtube channel. The Massachusetts School of Law has over 250 educational videos posted on youtube that cover topics as diverse as American History, The Women's Movement, Health Care in America, Presidential Power and of course, legal issues.
