In lesson 36 he talks about a place which originated the tart/quiche plate that divides pieces equally.  &lt;br&gt;It sounds like he is saying Bournique or Borneque or something similiar (I think he says it is close to Ste. Marie)but I am unable to find it.  &lt;br&gt;Any advice greatly appreciated.
