How about watch PowerPoint on iPod.
Since MPEG-4 video is suitable for all iPod devices, Acoolsoft PPT2Video Converter meets all your demands. With this product, you can simply convert your PowerPoint slides to MPEG-4, and then import it to iPod or sync with iTunes, after a few steps of operations; your presentation will be readily to play on your iPod Touch. Further, one of the most advantages brought by this product is that the video made from your presentation keeps all the charmingly animations, transitions retained.

If you own Keynote, Apple's presentation software, you can export directly to your iPod or QuickTime.

Some of the solutions listed above are great but require a purchase. I you don't have the funds and if you have a Mac you can get your PowerPoint on an iPod for free. Just export your PowerPoint presentation as a series of jpgs, open them in iPhoto then export them as QuickTime movie.

Also, don't forget that PowerPoint for Mac can export your PowerPoint presentations to QuickTime .mov format.

One thing that should be noted is that you might want to create your presentation with the small screen size (and text) in mind.

    Cool except,

    "Put Wikipedia on Your Ipod."

Just because you can doesn't mean you should.

I mean, why would anyone want to carry around an iPod load of misinformation, bias and otherwise questional data?

Friends don't encourage friends to use Wikipedia.

Come on... Youtube as a learning tip? Who are you kidding?

It's fun, but I wouldn't call it educational.
  • Dan Colman · 1 year ago
YouTube is just a medium. If you use it to watch courses from UC Berkeley, it's educational. If you use to watch something non-educational, it's not.

Everything is always iPod, but what about the Creative ZEN?
iPod's aren't the only mp3 player. What about the Creative ZEN? Creative invented the ipod's interface and get no recognition. Apple stole it from Creative. ZENS are better than the iPods. They support WMA, which means they can download ebooks, whereas the iPod can't. ZENs also have a higher resoultion screen - ZVM has 262,000 colors - 4 times that of the iPod's 62,000 colors. new ZEN has 16.7 million screen, iPod has only 90,000 colors. ZEN supports more formats the iPod. ZENs also have a built-in FM Radio & Microphone recorder, iPod's don't

I have tons of mp3 players but my personal point of view is nothing can beat iPod. In Asia, there are plenty of iPod copycats but still not even one can compare to the original iPod eventhough , it came from the same factory in China. ...Whatever it is, it depends on what you use on the iPod or mp3 players for. Education is very important today as it is the information era. So use it to the max. Enjoy your iPod http://www.free-ipod-download.com

Thank you for your information - it is wonderful! I found audio books on my new IPod very frustrating. I purchased IPod specifically to listen to audio learning information. I Googled for help and found your site.
